When the owners of Far Flung Outdoor Center in Terlingua teamed up with Chef François Maeder, owner of Crumpet’s Restaurant and Bakery in San Antonio, they created a unique expedition called the Gourmet River Rafting Adventure. This three-day, 20-mile journey takes rafters down the Rio Grande as it winds its way through the heart of Big Bend NationalPark.
