The 1550 Gallery is dedicated to the exhibition of contemporary works of fine art, including painting, sculpture, ceramics and glass mediums. Featured art is changed regularly and artist receptions are held during the Art in the Hills Second Saturday Art Trail. The gallery offers full-service custom framing, done in-house. Art Incorporated is family-owned and operated, serving San Antonio for over 30 years. The gallery shows original art and promotes local artists. In addition to its exhibitions, the gallery offers framing, consulting and art restoration services. Carlyn Galerie is owned and operated by a mother-daughter team, serving Dallas since 1989.  A nationally recognized store, the contemporary crafts featured are made from glass, fiber, clay, metals and jewelery. The shop was named "top blown glass gallery" in D Magazine for its glass-art. Blown, fused, lampworked and cast glass are all featured at Carlyn Galerie. Jewelery from artists all over the country is displayed, made from freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones and mixed metals. J. Hester Fine Arts is the culmination and collection of one man's life work, dedicated to the preservation of an era. Jay Hester has a passion for Western culture, as expressed through his oil paintings and bronze sculptures. Hester has a wide selection of Native American paintings, landscapes, and cowboy art. He has been commissioned to produce works that have been displayed in prominent places all over the state of Texas. Currently residing in the Texas Hill Country, Hester displays his work at Highland House Studio & Gallery, a 100-year-old home he restored into his own gallery. Jay Hester offers workshops and classes taught by local artists at his gallery, located in Boerne.

NanEtte Richardson Fine Art features highly acclaimed artistic works. The showroom exhibits a vast collection of original paintings, representing a wide-variety of categories. Paul Tadlock is one of America's leading sculptors, his work on public display at museums, galleries and private collections. Located in Salado, Southern Image is the only gallery to exclusively feature the original work of Jack Terry. Better known for his Native American, cowboy and western art, Terry's work includes florals, landscapes and street scenes.  His paintings and bronze sculptures are not only favorites in Texas, they have made their way into the collections of Dick Clark, Travis Tritt, Burt Reynolds, Exxon and Anheuser-Busch.

Southwest Galleries, in business more than 30 years, is one of the oldest and largest art galleries in Dallas. The 16,000 square foot showroom carries a large stock of contemporary, impressionist, traditional and Southwest art. Dalhart Windberg is a recognized artist whose work has been inspired by the lavish Texas countryside. Attention to detail and meticulous craftsmanship have set his work above the rest, naming him Texas State Artist by the American Masters Foundation. Because of the demand for his original art, Windberg now produces Limited Edition copies of his work. The artist's masterpieces can only be purchased through his list of authorized art dealers.
